Description and Requirements

The position is mainly for Malaysia KYDP Trainees only.

We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team and make an immediate impact. If you're passionate about data and problem-solving, this is your chance to shine! Graduate will gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage and tag account at the APC dashboard to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

2. Oversee the delivery process for orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

3. Handle vendor forms for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

4. Assign incoming new L-Pro Leads to Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).

5. Undertake Ad- Hoc Tasks.

Graduate Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Basic understanding of data analysis and interpretation.

• Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in data analysis and reporting.
