**Description and Requirements**  
  

1.  Study and track new RAID/HBA/Backplane technology in industry and consider Lenovo Storage subsystem strategy.
2.  Work with cross function team to design RAID/HBA/Backplane Switch subsystem solution, including management feature. Define design specification.
3.  Work with ecosystem to implement design solution Create test plan, take test execution, report test result;
4.  Debug the defect; Improve test plan and debug skill
5.  Solve design issue to meet requirement of quality, schedule and cost request etc
6.  End to End technical support for the whole lifecycle of adapter, including consulting of customer requirement, fix manufacturing, field product design issue etc
7.  Output relative technical documents
