Description and Requirements

Job Description:

• Provides professional server product configuration solutions/proposals to sales and business partners from a technical standpoint, aimed at helping them secure more business opportunities.

• Demonstrates proficiency in computer hardware components and expertise in Lenovo server hardware configurations, including peripherals and preloaded software, while continuously staying updated on the latest server product technologies.

• Understands and analyzes customers' business needs and requirements to offer tailored and optimized server configuration solutions.

• Keeps abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and drive innovations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with international teams and clients.

• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Has experience with servers and storage products, along with IT knowledge of computer or server products.

• Preferably has a technical background with a comprehensive understanding of server and storage products, options, VMware, Windows Server, and Nutanix.

• Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.

• Exhibits excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Good Japanese language skills are considered an advantage.
