Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with technical and HR leaders to develop and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition roadmap aligned with Lenovo's business objectives.

  • Design and implement strategies for sourcing and hiring roles such as Software Developers, IT Infrastructure Specialists, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, and Technology Project Managers, ensuring alignment with Lenovo's evolving technical needs.

  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives to foster an inclusive workforce aligned with Lenovo's values.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and provide expert guidance on talent market trends.

  • Sourcing Excellence Leverage innovative sourcing strategies across channels like professional networks, social media, career events, and direct sourcing to build robust talent pipelines.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor insights to refine recruiting strategies.

  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction rates.

  • Ensure adherence to TA policies, legal regulations, and best practices to maintain a high standard of hiring integrity.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Proven expertise in hiring technical talent across various disciplines, including software development, IT infrastructure, and cloud technology.

  • Demonstrated experience working preferably within Fortune 500 companies or organizations with formal TA structures, primarily in India geography.

  • Strong understanding of TA policies, compliance requirements, and process excellence.

  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success in driving diversity initiatives and delivering impactful talent solutions.
