About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow an existing account base
  • Work closely with accounts to ensure ongoing product engagement and keep attrition low
  • Conduct regular business reviews with accounts
  • Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the account base
  • Meet targets for new and existing product sales to key contacts and new introductions
  • Identify, build and maintain a robust pipeline of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Accurately forecast results to management
  • Understand and apply best practice sales methodology
  • Analyse market research to evaluate ongoing product/market requirements and drive new business

Requirements

  • Experience working with customers in a face to face or telephone environment
  • Sales or commercial experience either Business to Consumer or Business to Business
  • Motivated by winning and being an essential member of a successful team
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to successfully network both internally and externally, either face to face or online
  • A passion for learning and a curious approach
  • Excellent time management and IT skills
