Job Description: The Account Manager is responsible for protecting and driving retention, upsell and customer satisfaction across the InterAction installed customer base through client management, effective deployment of internal resources and expanding products and services within the assigned region.

The InterAction Account Manager is responsible for client retention, upsell, and maintaining client satisfaction within defined accounts. Account Managers are responsible for maintaining a strategic account plan for each of their assigned accounts and for ensuring client satisfaction within those accounts. The InterAction Account Manager will be goaled on upsell, retention, and renewals.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Solid understanding of solution selling value proposition
Functional knowledge of negotiation process
Demonstrated ability to work in a team selling environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM applications
Legal industry knowledge preferred
CRM sales experience a plus
