    About the Role

    You will conduct customer research to drive growth and align objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to provide insight and analysis to improve services.

    Responsibilities

    • Performing analyses and preparing forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices and sales trends

    • Researching market conditions to determine potential sales of a product

    • Conducting acquisition research

    • Supporting the Product Development team in roadmapping for new features and content

    • Conducting customer research to drive growth and align objectives

    • Managing online social media community for customer insights

    • Searching for Jurisdictional and Feature/Function advantages

    Requirements

    • Able to exercise judgment and take action with the ability to conform to shifting priorities

    • Be a clear strategic thinker combined with a practical approach and close attention to detail

    • Be able to collaborate with cross-functionally to achieve goals
