Millwork Specialist - Interior - Nights

What You Will Do
The purpose of this position is to safely manufacture high quality products to specifications, while meeting or exceeding productivity targets. Team members may have different roles or positions in the millwork facility, such as: warehouse, receiving, shipping, interior or exterior. They work together to ensure that the product ordered by the store or customer meets their specifications, has no damage, and gets to the store by the due date. Some of the tasks performed by team members involve operating machinery, power tools, or power equipment. A team member may be assigned to receive and put away stock using power equipment, assemble product using machinery or power tools, or load outbound trucks using power equipment. The activities performed by Team Members are instrumental in a facility achieving or exceeding key performance indicator metrics.
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel.

What We're Looking For

• Required to work a set schedule that may be changed/modified by management based on the needs of the facility.
• Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with the physical and environmental aspects typically associated with such environment.
• Minimally must be able to lift 70 pounds

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic math and reading comprehension; ability to read and understand a specifications sheet, ability to read and follow instructions and take directions from others
• Demonstrated adherence to safety requirements
• Demonstrated track record of good attendance
• Able to operate power equipment
• Ability to learn new tasks and quickly apply new skill

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in distribution center operations or previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Experience operating power equipment or pneumatic tools
• Basic computer skills
