in an "agile type setting to execute campaigns & activations across the marketing calendar driving alignment with key stakeholders and delivering on highly effective marketing strategies, tactics and action plans that meet the Lowe's Foundation needs. Should also be able to function independently in this capacity should the brand manager need support.
Develops programs & marketing strategies that create growth supported by fact-based learnings in partnership with our creative agencies & our Lowe's Foundation cross-functional working team & stakeholders - including the Foundation's Communications and Events teams.
Works with and supports the brand marketing manager to refine the annual Foundation marketing calendar that will have awareness & engagement - leading the development of briefs & Go-to-market strategies serving as the assistant integrator across marketing and broader organization.
Support marketing reporting functions to drive engagement with key stakeholders (Lowe's associates, grant recipients, donors and future tradespeople)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field.
3-5 years of Marketing and Communications experience including campaign management of Email, Digital & Social campaigns.
Experience in the nonprofit or education (community college) space.
Campaign management experience.
Project management experience.
