    Position summary

    ple banking vendors to collaborate, create and inspire. The role has no direct reports, at this time, and will leverage internal Financial Services resources to accomplish goals and support the broader enterprise initiatives and goals

    What You Will Do

    • Work with the Sr. Director to develop, manage and implement the Pro and Installed Sales credit strategy to maximize retail sales

    • Responsible for the Pro and Installed Sales customer experience processes across all channels and maximizing customer satisfaction

    • Create monitoring tools to gain insights to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and maximize sales using the Lowe's Proprietary Credit Programs by developing creative, simple, repeatable and frictionless solutions.

    • Identify and source new products to ensure Lowe's meets our customer's financing needs

    • Lead and inspire cross functional teams to implement and enhance experiences that promote the usage of the Lowe's Proprietary Credit Programs and align with the broader Lowe's strategy to include both instore and outside sales.

    • Integrate into the Pro and Installed Sales leadership teams to represent and be the voice of Financial Services. Become the point of contact for all things Pro and Installed Sales credit.

    • Monitor internal and industry data and competitive trends to set strategic direction and plans to ensure customers' needs today and tomorrow are exceeded.

    • Prepare and present ideas and recommendations to leadership

    • Maintain effective relationships by facilitating communication with vendor partners.

    • Acts as internal Credit evangelist to build awareness and understanding of Pro and Installed Sales Credit programs.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree Business administration, finance, marketing or relevant field experience or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable

    • 6 Years Retail management, strategy, operations, sales, financial services or customer management

    Preferred Skills/Education

    • Master's degree Concentrations in communications, marketing or business management or equivalent experience
