Lowe's Localization and Flex Space Team:
The Localization and Flex Space team's role is to manage execution of Market Specific and Off Shelf Merchandising Space strategies. This team is responsible for ensuring accurate and complete program detail is entered into Lowe's promotional systems and that the in-market execution matches the original promotional plan's intent.

Merchandising fundamentals and the value of space
Customer shopping trends & localization
Business process
Retail KPIs and Analytics
How to Interact with multiple areas within the Lowes business
Visual merchandising fundamentals
Education and/or Experience:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's in business administration, finance, marketing, retail or related fields from an accredited university with expected graduation dates of December 2025 or May of 2026
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required
Proficient in MS Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Prior experience working as a retail associate
Strong collaborative, innovative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills are required
Relevant internship and experience is a plus, as is experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization
