    Position summary

    customer service on a routine basis, during crisis situations or under extreme pressure while multi-tasking on competing priorities. Work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

    What you will do

    • Gather and triage initial information for all internally reported or externally discovered incidents.

    • Monitor the EverBridge system, social media, news, and vendor intelligence sources for events affecting Lowe's Company assets and associates, making independent decisions on, responses, escalation and provide timely communications when necessary.

    • Serve as a key member within the GSOC receiving and exchanging vital information from other business units within Lowe's and communicate information as necessary.

    • Collaborates with business partners such as Command Center, Remote Monitoring Team, Information Security Group, Asset Protection and others as business needs arise.

    • Demonstrates ability to operate and maintain a high degree of professionalism and customer service on a routine basis, during emergency situations or under extreme pressure.

    • Follows established GSOC protocols and procedures for escalation when monitoring and responding to incidents impacting Lowe's properties, associates, customers, and travelers.

    • Coordinate and support emergency and crisis management assets providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise.

    • Monitor the CCTV system for situational awareness during a security incident.

    • Monitor the Store Support Center's systems for alarms and troubles.

    • Completes special projects as assigned by global security leadership.

    • Support the Global Security Intelligence as directed.

    • Support the Travel Security Intelligence program as directed.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    High School or GED and 2-3 years' experience operating in a Communications or Operations Center related function or academic background in emergency management, criminal justice, intelligence studies or other security related field

    1+ years' experience with communicating using Microsoft apps such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Associate's degree

    2-3 years demonstrated experience in organizing, prioritizing large amounts of data

    1+ years' experience with creating PowerPoint and Visio presentations.
