    Position summary

    • Act as a critical thinker, strategically focusing on the most pressing opportunities.

    • Exhibit strong leadership and collaboration skills, working with key stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver results.

    • Lead team members in identifying data, technology, process, and business gaps, providing recommendations to address use cases and improve go-to-market execution.

    • Partner with various teams, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure front-line teams have the necessary capabilities to achieve channel goals, including audience, promo, creative optimization, and measurement.

    • Define and develop best-in-class short, mid, and long-term business needs and processes for cross-functional partners and define business requirements.

    • Identify strategic opportunities to improve automation and efficiency across functional teams.

    • Lead go-to-market activities, including partnering with technology on new initiatives, leading business adoption, training, and documentation, including change management.

    • Understand current capabilities and dependencies, existing roadmap and workflow items, proposed vendor capabilities, and incremental value system and feature enhancements.

    • Ensure cross-functional partners are aligned and accountable with executive leadership on a future-state vision, including business objectives, capabilities, value drivers, success metrics, and business priorities.

    • Provide senior leadership (Director & above) with key updates regarding strategy, progress, and risks.

    • Communicate changes or improvements to cross-functional partners regarding initiatives, capabilities, and features to ensure business teams are appropriately informed.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics or related field.

    • 5 years of experience in Marketing, Merchandising, or related experience

    • 3 years of experience in brand or integrated marketing leadership experience for consumer brands or retailer

    • 3 years of experience in running a P&L and/or working alongside P&L owners

    • 3 years of experience working cross-functionally

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3 years of experience leading brand or category work at a retailer or CPG company

    • Proven experience in project management, with strong communication (written and oral), presentation, and problem-solving skills.
      Demonstrated ability to lead and manage both large and small projects effectively.

    • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
      Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities.

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external technology partners.

    • Ability to identify and address data, technology, process, and business gaps.

    • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and execution.
