    This position is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience

    Key Responsibilities

    • Architect and design intuitive, high-quality digital experiences that engage users and simplify complex workflows across multiple platforms and products.

    • Lead end-to-end design efforts-from discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and final UI design-ensuring solutions align with user needs and business goals.

    • Apply best-practice design methodologies to create user flows, visual comps, and interactive prototypes that deliver seamless and consistent user experiences.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver timely, polished design artifacts and influence the direction of projects.

    • Maintain design quality and scalability by managing creative assets, contributing to shared design systems, and upholding visual and interaction design standards.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) or equivalent experience

    • 3 years of experience in user experience design
