    Key Responsibilities
    • Create the strategic vision and expansion of a competitive third-party seller marketplace experience on Lowes.com, driving innovation, revenue growth, and a seamless selling experience to position Lowe's a leader in the digital marketplace.
    • Identifies and establishes key results (financial, operational and customer) related to digital third-party selling; collaboratively delivers improvements to hit those key results
    • Works and influences cross-functionally with other digital and merchandising leaders to identify and prioritize where seller experience and refinement will offer the most impact in line with the broader marketplace strategy to address assortment growth opportunities
    • Continuously monitors / benchmarks industry and competitive capabilities, and adjusts seller / product roadmap to deliver on the right tooling and processes for a best-in-class seller experience
    • Communicates roadmap strategy, enhancements and improvement activities to ensure that business leaders are informed; report out progress and performance to senior leadership through exceptional communication skills
    • Develop and leverage value-added operational services to drive seller growth and profitability
    • Monitors Voice of the Seller and guides their team on deep analyses of seller feedback and operational metrics to inform decision making. Identifies most significant opportunities to increase third-party related LTR and associated metrics through improving the experience
    • Leads and develops a team of people leaders and individual contributors, including direct and indirect reports, through attracting and retaining talented individuals, setting clear expectations, providing timely, constructive feedback, managing performance, preparing them for growth opportunities and sponsoring / leading the team through change

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
    • 12 Years experience in online/retail merchandising
    • 10 Years leadership experience with direct report responsibility and managing multiple cross functional teams/resources

    • Expertise in third-party assortment management
    • Corporate experience, retail a plus
    • Experience managing a business portfolio in a large retail environment
