    Position summary

In addition, this person must have knowledge of the HR functions and associated HR policies, approaches, and environmental constraints, as well as relevant HR laws and regulations. This role is critical to Lowe's as it aligns HR strategy plans and helps leaders implement plans within specific sites.

    What We're Looking For
    • Required to work a set schedule that meets the needs of the facility.
    • May be asked to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and/or weekends based on the needs of the facility.
    • Requires availability for potential day and overnight trips (monthly).
    • Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with the physical and environmental aspects typically associated with such environment.

    What You Need To Succeed
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a related field)
    • 6 years of HR experience with increasing levels of responsibility
    • 4 years of Human Resources generalist experience across multiple disciplines (e.g., workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development) while interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs and processes
    • 4 years of leadership experience with or without direct report responsibility
    • 4 years of experience working in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
    • 2 years of experience working in multiple locations
    • 1 year of leadership experience with direct report responsibility
    • 3 years of experience managing a cross-functional team with exempt and non-exempt staff, while maintaining a union free environment
    • Experience developing, adapting, and/or facilitating training
    • Experience actively serving as a strategic business partner for other parts of the organization
    • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Professional in Human Resources)
    • Experience in a supply chain or retail environment

    Pay Range: $98,200.00 - $164,000.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
