t & Safety Compliance program for the e-commerce marketplace, including proactive compliance workflows for seller verification, product listings, prohibited item monitoring, and fraud/risk detection - Develop and lead the vision, strategy, and execution plan for marketplace trust and safety. - Partner closely with Marketplace business, Legal, Compliance, Product & Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations teams to align on trust and safety goals and implementation. - Create policies and standards that govern seller behavior, product quality, and customer protections. - Serve as the operational compliance subject matter expert for trust and safety questions and escalations.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in trust & safety, policy enforcement, risk management, content moderation, or a related field
Proven experience establishing or scaling a trust & safety function in an e-commerce or marketplace environment
Proven experience establishing or scaling a trust & safety function in an e-commerce or marketplace environment
Strong knowledge of online fraud vectors, seller abuse patterns, and digital consumer protection standards.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to e-commerce, including consumer protection, product compliance, advertising, product safety, trademark, and data privacy.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and operational execution skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with experience using data to drive decisions.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of representing Lowe's externally with partners and stakeholders.
