    Position summary

    • Responsible for driving sales & profit performance, across all territories, in partnership with Vice President of Services.
    • Uses performance reporting to identify trends across territories and IHCs and address appropriately.
    • Drives sales & profit performance by supporting action plan development and overseeing action plan implementation in partnership with Services SSC Support team and Field Provider Directors (FPDs) .
    • Develops partnerships and networks across multiple organizations within Lowe's as well as with external vendors to ensure alignment with Services and In-Home Sales strategies.
    • Holds Territory Sales Directors accountable to roles and responsibilities.
    • Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
    • Prioritizes coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest overall impact on business results.
    • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key leadership positions.
    • Establishes productive relationships with field partners based on frequent communication, collaboration, and the effective allocation of time and resources.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree - Related Business Field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 10+ years of experience leading sales professionals to deliver business results

    Preferences:
    • 5-7 Years of experience incorporating e-commerce into sales strategy; experience identifying and building plans in response to emerging consumer trends; experience working in home improvement retail; business-to-business experience
    • Positively impacts the performance of sales team members by implementing and managing field support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies, and customer communication tools.
