L’adjoint au service après-vente travaille avec les autres membres de l’équipe du service pour s’assurer que les activités quotidiennes se déroulent bien. The Service Assistant position works with other members of the service team to make sure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly. This position requires someone with the ability to handle a rapidly changing work load, and can prioritize accordingly. The Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Le rôle, The Role:

• Offrir une expérience client de classe mondiale à tous les clients de Lucid Motors, internes et externes.

• Conduire un camion et une remorque pour transporter les véhicules des clients (permis pour 10 000 kg requis).

• Déplacer et monter les véhicules au besoin.

• Laver les véhicules au besoin.

• Livrer les pièces aux techniciens au besoin.

• Aider les autres membres du service après-vente au besoin.

• Effectuer d’autres tâches administratives et de soutien au besoin.

• Être passionné par le transport durable et la transformation de l’industrie automobile.

• Move and stage vehicles as needed

• Wash vehicles as needed

• Deliver parts to technicians as needed

• Assist other service department members as needed

• Performs other administrative and support functions as needed

• Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry

Compétences, Qualifications:

• Diplôme d’études secondaires, diplôme de formation générale ou expérience de travail pertinente.

• Capacité de résoudre les problèmes de façon créative et de penser rapidement dans un environnement occupé et dynamique.

• Souci du détail.

• Passion pour la création d’expériences positives pour les clients.

• Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite.

• Connaissance de Microsoft Office et capacité d’apprendre à utiliser des logiciels exclusifs.

• Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide (permis de conduire valide de 10 000 kg et moins requis).

• High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience

• A capacity to creatively solve problems and think quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail

• Passion for creating positive client experiences

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to learn proprietary software

• Must possess a valid driver license

Expériences avantageuses, Advantageous Experiences:

• Expérience dans le domaine de la vente au détail de véhicules de luxe.

• Knowledge of HV systems, LV systems, and EV powertrains
