We are currently seeking a Business Order Operations Specialist to support the European Order Operations team based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The Order Operations Team is responsible for the support of HQ, Sales, and Delivery teams from reservation-, to order-, throughout the delivery and revenue recognition process. Defining, implementing, and executing efficient processes will be key to enabling smooth order placement, management, and rapid deliveries while providing Lucid customers an exceptional luxury experience.  

The responsibilities of the Business Order Operations Specialist are listed but not limited to ensure business order administration received outside of our retail points of sale, maintenance, data alignment across systems, oversee the revenue recognition including invoice generation, collaboration on the actual delivery milestones, and create visibility via reports. Acting as a point of contact for our key business customers and their Purchasing teams, defining the communication touchpoints, aligning on purchase order requirements, managing quarterly reviews and building reports for our business customers will be key elements within the role. These tasks will be performed in close cross-functional collaboration with Inside Sales & Enterprise Sales, Finance & Accounting, Production Control, Logistics, Delivery, and Service. 

Responsibilities;

• Act as the main point of contact for our key accounts and their Purchasing teams relating to order enquiries
• Help further define the business order process including administration and system requirements
• Review processes for efficiency and drive quarterly performance reviews based on business insights reports
• Support a structured and scalable business Order Operations program to ensure consistency of all aspects of vehicle orders, including but not limited to maintaining accurate configurations, payments, and refunds
• Maintain and safeguard data accuracy across systems during the business order to delivery process, for all European business orders, which support accurate and efficient production, timelines, shipments, document generation, revenue recognition and an exceptional luxury delivery experience
• Collaborate with Finance, Audit and Systems invoicing, payment allocation and representation in all systems to 
• support timely and accurate revenue recognition
• Work closely with our IT, Systems & Commerce teams to define and update business requirements for Lucid’s 
• systems to improve operational efficiency with a strong continuous emphasis on process automation 
• Enforce a shared knowledge culture by developing training materials and train potential new hires
• Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives

Qualifications;

• 4+ years of experience in order operations with a good understanding of the end to end supply chain flow
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English
• An additional European language skill such as German, French and Norwegian is considered as a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), ERP, Salesforce and SAP
• Able to drive meetings and communicate with stakeholders across different levels  
• Self-starter mentality and comfortable in working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while prioritizing based on need
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
• Passion for the customer experience and understanding how operational efficiencies impact said experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
