    Leading the future in luxury electric and mobility

    You will be the go-to person for all internal stakeholders to offer insights and advice about HR matters relating to collective employment relations (CBAs, Trade Unions, Works councils). You will combine academic and pragmatic expertise to make sure our approach is aligned in all countries as it comes to collective employment relations.

    The Role:

    • Act as the main contact for our internal stakeholders, within HR, Employment Legal and the operational business on collective employment matters
    • Provide pragmatic and effective HR and legal support to manage collective employment matters, including works council and trade union matters throughout Lucid in Europe (where and when applicable)
    • Monitor applicability of CBAs for all European Lucid entities
    • Together with (local) legal counsel, liaise with local trade unions to discuss country-specific CBAs and their implications
    • Assist in establishing works councils and serve as the day-to-day main point of contact
    • Work together with Lucid's C&B team to set up CBA-specific salary bands and advise on CBA-specific employment benefits
    • Gather CBA knowledge and keep up to date with potential changes within Lucid’s European entities
    • Provide training on HR and Legal matters to collective employment and create awareness, advise on processes to be implemented, and discuss strategy on collective employment matters
    • Develop, implement and review employment policies and procedures; advise on Employee Representation/ Works Council consultations
    • Support company initiatives and maintain records for government-required reporting
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • 6 + years of progressive experience in Legal, preferably working with labor counsels and/or CBAs
    • Master’s degree or equivalent in Law
    • Besides required fluent English language skills, German, French, and Dutch language skills are considered a plus.
    • Knowledge of the Dutch Motor Vehicle CBA is a plus
    • Having had a similar position in an international, fast-paced, fast-changing working environment is considered a plus
    • Fluent in English. Dutch, German or French a plus
