You Will:                           

·       Project manage the implementation of Lucid’s Global Trade Management System (GTM) and Lucid’s Transportation Management System (TMS).

·       Collect physical and transactional data from different databases and repositories for the initial implementation of GTM and TMS.

·       Coordinate calls, timetables, and dashboards for GTM and TMS implementations.

·       Support reporting and analysis of trade compliance data.

·       Manage Global Trade Management vendor.

·       Support Logistics and Trade operations.

·       Develop procedures and trainings for the internal users of GTM and TMS.

You Bring:

·       Good knowledge of Project Management.

·       Understanding of International Trade knowledge and Logistics.

·       Experience with data analytics.

·       Proficient with Excel.

·       Great attention to detail and project management skills.

Nice to have:

·       Experience in the implementation of a Transportation Management System and/or a Global Trade Management System.

·       SAP experience a plus.

Education:

·       Field(s) of study: Project Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, Data Management.

·       Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree program at an accredited university.

·       Proof of enrollment in current or into next program (MS, PhD).

Other:

·       Location: This position is in Tempe, AZ. You must be prepared to start onsite for your first day of employment.

·       Availability: Full-time

·       Anticipated Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

·       Work Environment: Office

·       Compensation: Student compensation is based on location and current degree level, non-negotiable.

·       Visa Sponsorship: Lucid may but is not obligated to sponsor foreign national employees requiring company sponsorship for U.S employment authorization.

·       Medical Benefits: Dental and vision on day 1 for all interns working 30+ hours a week; medical for interns in California working 30+ hours a week.

·       Housing/Transportation: You must provide your own living arrangements and transportation in the local area.

·       Background Check: All offers of employment are contingent on clearing a background check.
