Our Financial Systems team is looking for a Lead Finance Data Warehouse Developer with a proven track record and a desire to influence a cleaner future through the electrification of the transportation sector.  Get in early on the design and implementation of a reporting infrastructure to support a growing business. The role:

• Help to enable, build, enhance and maintain a Finance Data Warehouse leveraging SAP products such as Data Warehouse Cloud, Analysis for Office, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Partner closely with the Lucid Financial Systems team and IT on various data warehouse and reporting projects 
• Identify Finance and related tables from SAP S4 and third-party applications and join them in an optimal way for downstream financial reporting and planning
• Join third party application data such as Headcount or Purchase Requisitions to the Finance data warehouse
• Build Stories and Views in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Build Dashboards in SAC and Tableau
• Build reports and queries in SAC, Analysis for Office or related front end reporting applications  
• Help to enable Planning and Forecasting tools at Lucid leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud or third-party Planning applications 
• Evaluate new BI and data lake/ warehouse technology as it relates to the Finance data warehouse to provide a world class experience to end users and maintain a roadmap
• Work with end users to understand and solve reporting requirements
• Individual contributor role for now, but may take on people manager responsibilities as we continue to build out the organization and grow
• ERP Finance (Universal Journal or FI/CO) and SAP S4 Embedded Analytics experience a plus   
• Support additional ad-hoc assignments and projects supporting BI, reporting and automation across the organization may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar field of study
• 7+ years of relevant BI experience including data warehouse/lake implementation, maintenance, enhancements and support
• Experience at an automotive OEM, automotive Tier 1 supplier or large-scale manufacturing organization – a huge plus!
• Experience with SAP reporting products highly preferred- especially SAP Data Warehouse cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Proven track record of learning and integrating new BI, reporting and a planning software into the enterprise
• Working understanding of key performance measures and indicators that drive reporting and analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven knowledge of analytical tools
• Aptitude for application of technology to develop highly efficient business processes
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills for success in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
• Bonus if you have financial analysis and reporting and understand financial reporting or accounting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

·       California (Bay Area) - $108k-154k

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
