We are currently seeking an Order Operations Analyst to support the European Order Operations team based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The Order Operations Team is responsible for the support of HQ, Sales and Delivery teams from reservation-, order-, throughout delivery and revenue recognition process. Defining, implementing and executing efficient processes will be key to enable smooth order placement, management and rapid deliveries while providing Lucid customers an exceptional luxurious experience.  

The responsibilities for the Order Operations Analyst are listed but not limited to analyzing the Order Operations team performance for improvements by deep diving into the tasks purpose, approach and system usage. Another key pillar will be developing the Sales Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by defining the business requirements for the forecasts, demand and capacity vehicle build planning. Identifying gaps, demand discrepancies and creating visibility within the S&OP via reports will be vital elements. A close cross functional collaboration is required with Sales, Finance & Accounting, Production Control, Logistics, Delivery and Service to ensure data integrity for decision making and alignment across the departments. 

Responsibilities;

• Understand and review the Order Operations tasks performance to identify bottlenecks and provide solutions
• Create and align the vehicle build plans on a weekly basis with the cross-functional teams
• Conduct supply and capacity planning to balance demand projections and manufacturing capabilities
• Participate in forecast development and review processes for efficiency
• Assist in reconciling demand variances, refining forecasts, identify risks including supply shortages and excesses
• Provide insights into the order placement accuracy, data alignment across systems and vehicle production
• Review order changes, swap or delivery requests after order placement and develop processes
• Support the development of analytics and reporting for S&OP
• Generate weekly and monthly supply plans that meet financial and sales objectives
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to support on month-end activities
• Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives

Qualifications;

• 3+ years' experience in Analytics with knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing processes and practices
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English
• An additional European language skill such as French, German, Norwegian or Dutch is considered as a plus 
• Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills is a hard requirement and proficiency in SAP & Salesforce  
• Knowledge of “Make to Order” and “Make to Stock” solutions
• Analytical with a strong business sense, comfortable to present at Executive level and recommend ERP solutions
• Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while prioritizing based on need
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
• Passion for the customer experience and understanding how operational efficiencies impact said experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
