    We are currently seeking a Powertrain Maintenance Manager.  This position requires an experienced professional with a comprehensive experience in EV Powertrain maintenance operation and will be responsible for developing optimal EV powertrain maintenance system. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

    You Will

    • Manages the production equipment maintenance section operations by developing and implementing plans to maintain and maximize equipment performance.  Ensures that all preventive maintenance is performed on schedule and according to established requirements and that inventory and spare parts are maintained.
    • Develops, recommends and implements department short- and long-term production goals and targets to meet objectives.
    • Reviews and prioritizes work orders and assigns technicians; creates preventive maintenance schedule and executes the plan.  Makes routine adjustments to work assignments, work processes, and/or maintenance equipment to meet schedules and targets.
    • Reviews and analyzes consolidated repair and preventive maintenance data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities and recommends actions to improve performance results.  Creates and/or generates reports.
    • Investigates problems related to maintenance and collaborates with other functional areas to identify root cause and recommend corrective action/countermeasure, prepares action plan, manages solution implementation and summarizes and reports results.
    • Manages the work performance of subordinate supervisors and/or hourly employees.
    • Reviews and analyzes consolidated repair and preventive maintenance data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities and recommends actions to improve performance results.  Creates and/or generates reports.
    • Recommends, implements and enforces methods and procedures to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective maintenance operation.
    • Sets up and maintains spare parts and supplies inventory. Investigates and purchases parts.

    You Bring

    • 7-10 years’ experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience required.
    • 2+ years’ experience in Automotive Manufacturing or closely related field.
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred.
    • Robotic and controls skills.
    • Project management experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
    • Proficient in using a CMMS database.
    • Open minded, highly flexible, positive attitude.
    • Good overall people management skills.
    • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Experience with EV powertrain manufacturing maintenance experience. 
    • Be shift flexible.
