    Lucid is seeking an analytical, articulate, and highly motivated Project Analyst Sales Operations & Business Analysis. You will work closely with field and HQ Sales functions and Sales leadership to understand the needs of the sales function and translate those needs into projects and development requests for internal resources. You will manage projects and be responsible for the outcomes to ensure efficient operations of the Sales team and the generation of accurate data for reporting and analytics. You will succeed by embracing continuous analysis and improvements as the Sales organization scales globally.

    This role requires a mix of business analysis, optimization and automation of sales and sales process, and project management. Being one of the earliest members of our European Sales Operations team, you will have a unique opportunity for broad exposure across many functions.

    The ideal candidate has a broader understanding of the various sales cycles, a technical background and experience in operational efficiency and sales tools such as Salesforce and is highly motivated to help build a world-class data-driven luxury sales organization.

    The Role:

    • Analyze and manage projects focused on implementation, optimization and automation of HQ and field sales processes and systems development initiatives in areas such as pipeline management, Studio operations, compensation crediting, and vehicle reserving, ordering and delivery
    • Perform constant business analysis to identify and solve abnormalities and ensure constant improvement, optimization, and support rapid growth
    • Project manage the development of data-generation processes that result in accurate data created for use in reporting, analytics, and insights needed for strategic decision-making
    • Host and attend daily scrum calls with Business and Program leads, Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure adequate project prioritization and commitments are delivered on time
    • Gather and translate business needs into Jira tickets to request development resources from internal teams
    • Establish strong partnerships with internal systems development teams and collaborate with them to prioritize Sales’ needs
    • Draw on your robust Salesforce experience to propose solutions, from ideation, configuration to customization
    • Build project and readiness trackers to track projects, deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
    • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases
    • Independently drive workstreams including breaking down complex problems, creating workplans, driving cross-functional alignment and ultimately delivering recommendations and solutions for the Business
    • Work closely with and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to: Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Service, Finance, Legal, Data Engineering, Commerce Systems and Web
    • Support business partners with ad-hoc initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in a Business Operations or similar role advocating for business stakeholders in development projects
    • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or quantitative Business fields
    • Critical thinker who abides by data driven facts
    • Technical background and experience participating in Salesforce development projects
    • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and how it can be configured and customized
    • Experience in business and project analysis, including proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation
    • Passion and experience to continuously develop, improve, and maintain high standards
    • Strong hands-on experience with project planning tools (Jira, Smartsheets, Confluence, Lucidchart, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills with audiences at all levels

    Advantageous

    • Relevant Salesforce Certifications showcasing an understanding of the platform.
    • Understanding of database management and systems architecture concepts.
    • Exposure to Python and ETL tools used to automate manual processes
