Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to join the European Service Parts organization (After-Sales). This role will be responsible for Lucid Service’s pricing strategy related to the sale of automotive products, including serviceable Spare Parts and Accessories.

This entails creating and maintaining analytics, benchmarking our products to constantly improve our pricing strategy. Our ideal candidate is highly analytical, system and data driven individual that will be responsible to gather data and present sensitive information to cross-functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, Retail, Sales and Service.

Candidates will be expected to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to establish product level pricing strategy for Europe and opening European market countries on the short, medium and long term
• Define country pricing for Service Parts & Accessories, and maintain it
• Extract data from various sources to help influence pricing activities based on real-time analytics
• Collaborate with our Brand and Marketing teams to increase value for our product lines
• Maintain pricing analytics, prepare business reports and recommend changes to support long-term product growth
• Develop forecast model to accurately calculate gross margin by analyzing data such as COGS
• Evaluating product ROI and continuous improvement
• Partner with commercial teams for opportunities to expand product lines
• Conduct analysis on product value perceptions and demand by benchmarking the broader marketplace and industry
• Support the maintenance of material master data related to pricing attribute values

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent field
• 4+ years’ experience in related field analyzing sales/pricing data
• Knowledge of automotive business operations
• Strong analytical skills with advance knowledge of MS Excel, Tableau, SQL and related tools
• Excellent project management skills to balance multiple task and critical timelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to organize and drive continuous improvement 
• Passion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes
• Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate effectively with individuals, groups, and suppliers
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
