    This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in define and develop PCB routing. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

    The Role:

    • Work with  EE and ME to create and modify schematics, BOM, new component library and PCB layout.
    • Design and follow up projects development
    • 1.1 PCB layout design
    • 1.2 Create and modify schematics and EBOM
    • 1.3 Co-operate with EE, ME, FW to finish design checklists for new PCB layout.
    • 1.4 PCB layout design debugging by safety and production guideline
    • Documentation and report 
    • 2.1 Engineer change requirement check
    • 2.2 PCB layout checklist
    • 2.3 PCB checklist report
    • Design support  :
    • BOM maintenance, and works with PM, support teams and factory to ensure smooth development
    • Others 
    • 4.1 Created the library for the new component with a 3D model.
    • 4.2 Output the layout with the 3D model for ME to check the space limitation.
    • 4.3 Safety knowledge for high voltage and high current.
    • 4.4 Anti-noise layout knowledge
    • 4.5 Knowledge of ICT flying probe Layout
    • 4.6 Knowledge to set up the Design Rule Check in OrCAD

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of Computer-aided Design (CAD) or Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design experience
    • 5 years of working experience with Cadence PCB Design tools.
    • 2 years of experience working as a Component create
    • 2 years of industry experience with library generation using Cadence Allegro
    • Experience with Allegro Constraints Manager tools.
    • Experience with DFM Tools (Valor, CAM350, Fab3000), Allegro Skill scripting, or Simulation tools
    • Experience with mechanical design outline formats.
    • Proficient with high-speed and automotive Power board designs or layouts.
    • Familiarity with all phases of hardware development including schematic entry, manually generated constraints, requirements of constraints, and board layout.
    • Familiarity with high-density ball-grid array (BGA), blind and buried vias.
    • Working closely with design engineers, you give input on designs to improve our hardware until you're sure it meets Lucid's standards of quality and reliability.
    • Ability to take initiative with a passion for excellence and strong attention to detail. Ability to adapt to work cross-functionally to establish solid/scalable processes.
    • Understanding of electronic component materials and manufacturing processes.
    • Work with Hardware Designers and Mechanical Engineers throughout the full product development life-cycle, supporting PCB outline, component placement, and routing. You will work as an integral part of the Systems Hardware Development team, interfacing with external fabricators or vendors to apply industry standards, tools, and technologies.
