    Lucid Motors has an exciting job offer for a Systems Training Specialist to join our dynamic team in Casa Grande, AZ . As part of the Technology Training Program team in Learning & Development, you will play a significant role in scaling multiple business groups and helping to define the Enterprise Systems training programs that are crucial to enabling Manufacturing and Logistics operations. It is not every day that you can be a player in scaling-up Enterprise Systems learning in a hyper-growing area like the EV field. If you are organized, structured, precise, creative, fun to work with, and care about the experiences of the people around you, well this role is perfect for you! This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

    You Will:

    • Working with and forming relationships with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to evaluate and track business process improvements to Enterprise Systems and managing associated training needs.
    • Designing and developing flexible training curricula (we're a young company - things are constantly changing) and subsequently planning and executing the training curricula for end-users.
    • Tracking and maintaining super user communities and ensuring all training curricula stay up to date.
    • Articulating and recording cross-functional business requirements to effectively collaborate with Enterprise Systems experts to improve functionality and project-managing training deliverables based on a Change Management framework.
    • Provide independent administrative support for the day-to-day activities, including module planning, time management and prioritization, curriculum management, schedules and activities planning to ensure seamless training execution.
    • Analyze key program-level data for statistics and trends to inform and make effective decisions.

    You Bring:

    • Associate degree or equivalent education in related fields, e.g., Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Systems Training or relevant experience in the automotive industry and Lean Manufacturing.
    • Experience working in Enterprise Applications such as SAP EWM and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
    • Problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
    • Passion for teaching and engaging learning experiences.
    • Strong communication skills, being able to communicate with people from different backgrounds in a simple, effective and caring way.
    • Knowledge in (or eagerness to learn) working with Learning Management Systems.
    • Experience in data analysis and reporting, experience in Power BI is a plus.
