    The Role

    An exciting opportunity has arisen in the EMEA marketing team for a Field Marketing Lead, to support the German market covering the enterprise and wholesale segments. The role is focused on the execution and lead generation of campaigns that generate new prospect opportunities and increase share of wallet in existing accounts. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the business goals and objectives by supporting key initiatives to drive revenue growth specific to our audiences across these regions.

    The role is very closely aligned to specific sales teams and will work closely with these teams to help drive both acquisition and existing customer base demand and revenue growth.

    Based in Poland and offering either remote or hybrid working the role requires close collaboration across the business, particularly the wider EMEA Marketing team and the local sales teams.  The successful candidate must be able to speak fluent German and English and be available to travel to Germany.  A great opportunity to join a committed, enthusiastic and high performing team.

    The Main Responsibilities

    • Works as part of wider EMEA marketing team, with a specific remit for the German market.
    • Translate, adapt, execute and measure EMEA wide hero campaigns for local audiences
    • Responsible for overseeing local campaigns and events that support local sales teams aligning with their sales plans and ensuring they align to wider business targets and priorities
    • Good understanding of data sets and how to segment for specific campaigns
    • Ensure the execution and measurement of marketing campaigns on-time, accurately, and successfully.
    • Management of campaign follow-up to generate qualified leads into sales teams with an emphasis on driving funnel contribution
    • Regular interaction with sales stakeholders to ensure they are informed and engaged with marketing campaigns and initiatives including new sales enablement material/incentives and promotions
    • Interacts with, and analyses, reports from our internal CRM and marketing automation systems. To proactively monitor impact/ effectiveness of campaigns and projects.

    What We Look For in a Candidate

    • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with at least 5 years’ marketing or sales experience working in the tech space preferably in B2B marketing.
    • Demonstrable experience of working with sales teams and supporting campaigns to drive sales opportunities and funnel
    • Fluent German and English
    • Available to travel to Germany once a month
    • Strong communication skills to confidently manage a variety of stakeholders with different viewpoints
    • Demonstrable experience of planning and leading integrated and data driven marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on local digital initiatives used to impact results.
    • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, consistency and measurement.
    • Working knowledge of SFDC through the funnel
    • Thorough understanding of how to use and adapt content, leverage powerful messaging with proof points throughout our campaigns to build brand credibility, connect with audiences and maximise engagement.
    • Ability to act on learning and adapt to increase results.
    • Highly collaborative mindset – and focus on building strong relationships across the organisation with an emphasis on sales/wider marketing teams, product and commercial teams.
    • Growth mindset – celebrate successes, builds on learnings and actively seek new marketing initiatives to trial, test and build on success.
