The Role

Manager of MS 365 Platform supporting the company for all Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and other applications and environments required to run the Microsoft collaborations suite of applications and platforms.  This individual will bring a skillset and experience to manage both the domestic and international teams.  Skills required are configuration management, operational excellence, integrations, security, and governance excellence.   

The Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement Microsoft architectural and administrative standards and new platform capabilities 

Liaison between Lumen and Microsoft on the deployment, maintenance, and governance of 

Identify and improve data life cycle management and governance processes in coordination with Security, Legal, and other IT departments. 

Partner with multiple IT departments and executive management to solve business goals. 

Monitor health, usage, and overall availability of Microsoft 365 Platform and its applications/modules 

Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes 

Understand how Microsoft can enable our end users to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits 

Coordinate application and platform upgrades 

Develop systems integrations and process automation 

General support, administration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 platform and associated applications 

Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices 

Work to support and inform all Works Council work efforts 

What We Look For in a Candidate

Microsoft System Admin certification (admin or higher) 

A minimum of 8 years of related Microsoft administrative and architecture work experience 

Extensive experience implementing and managing in Microsoft for processes and modules including Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Power Platform tools and associated applications with security and access management 

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems 

Exceptional customer service skills 

Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures, and criteria 

Ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results 

Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow and ITIL processes 

Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
