    Position summary

    We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Orlando, FL team for a 60-day project.  This is role requires a positive, confident, and proactive approach to accomplish a major mailout.

    The job will be to read property lease agreements locating the “notice provisions”.  Based on the provisions, the tenant information found will be entered in Excel for letters of notification of change of address to be sent out. The admin needs to have a Real Estate or Property Management background to be able to read and understand the property lease agreement and locate the information.  They should also be intermediate or advanced Excel to compile this information.

    To be successful in this role you must have a can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn new skills and the ways of Macquarie. You will also work with various personality types and be able to demonstrate a proactive approach with the ability to fully understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team.

    You will take pride in your work displaying a high level of attention to detail and a strong client service orientation and will thrive in a dynamic business where accuracy, hard work and flexibility are imperative.

    You will also have:

    • intermediate skills in MS Word and MS Excel
    • the ability to work well under pressure, manage workload and deadlines effectively
    • be resourceful and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team
    • have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • the ability to exercise appropriate judgment and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.
