    Position summary

    not essential, experience in underwriting direct real estate asset investments from a debt or equity perspective will be an advantage. You will also liaise with financial and legal advisors in structuring deals.

    To be successful in this role, you have an excellent academic background with tertiary level qualifications in a related field, and at least 1-2 years of experience within M&A, financial advisory, DCM/Leveraged Finance or other direct investing roles.
