    Position summary

    Join our US Fixed Income Markets and Quantitative Research team as an Associate Director in our Philadelphia Headquarters. In this role, you will have excellent quantitative skills and experience in US fixed income markets.  You will have a demonstrated ability to innovate and drive forward operational excellence and transformation. You will bring a vision for what constitutes an excellent quantitative analysis division in a fixed income asset management team and a keen interest in innovation.

    You will drive innovation within the US Markets and Quantitative Research Function through:

    • Enhancing quantitative aspects of investment philosophy and process.
    • Creating innovative thought leadership.
    • Developing quantitative investment tools.
    • Partnering with the leadership team in transforming from data/reporting/support to investment drivers and innovators.
    • Working with Macquarie’s internal stakeholders to maximise organisational efficiency and growth.
    • Integrating global economic and markets research into the US business, coordinating with various internal stakeholders across our global business.

    You will bring:

    • Minimum of 10+ Years of experience in the Fixed Income Markets focusing on Portfolio Analytics, Optimization, and Risk Management.
    • Background or Advanced Degree in a quantitative subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance.
