    Position summary

    Join Macquarie Asset Management’s Global Digital team as an Associate, Web Content Producer. If you are a hardworking, detail oriented, deadline driven individual with excellent communication skills, then you will find this role extremely fulfilling. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for updating a maintaining portions of our global portfolio of web sites while leveraging our content governance and quality control processes to ensure fulfillment of internal service levels and client satisfaction expectations.

    As an Associate, Web Content Producer you will maintain the Content Management System’s (CMS) structure and integrity as well as act as the content’s gatekeeper to uphold consistency and quality of content through-out all websites. You will adhere to content testing and QC procedures to ensure content, product data, analytics tracking codes and SEO attributes are accurate before publishing. Additionally, you may serve as a resource to staff or other end users by providing functional guidance to determine the most beneficial method and format to present information.

    Other key accountabilities in this role are:

    • Applying consistent web standards and guidelines for style, content, and code consistent with MAM’s policies and brand style guides
    • Working with our content owners to maintain and update information regularly to ensure currency of information. Implements modifications on current pages and creates new web pages as necessary
    • Communicating consistently and diplomatically with clients and team members about project status; investigating delays or areas of concern.
    • Managing process for submitting and tracking submissions to Compliance and Legal to adhere to all industry regulations
    • Partnering with content owners and  user research teams to manage content personalization programs
    • Staying current on CMS features, SEO, content management and usability best practices
    • Other duties as assigned by manager

    Ideally, as an Associate, Web Content Producer  you will bring your exceptional organizational skills, service attitude, detail-oriented style, flexibility, responsiveness, and customer-focused attitude to deal with changing priorities, meet deadlines, and build customer confidence. Your ability to search, navigate and effect change in a CMS environment is required. A general understanding of the architecture of a website is preferred. Your ability to use oral and written communication skills to present web-based information in a logical format to ease the user's ability to access and understand information is paramount.

    Your other ideal traits include:

    • A strong working knowledge of Sitecore and/or Adobe Experience Manager CMS systems
    • A strong working knowledge of web-based technologies and of HTML, CSS and/or other web applications. A general knowledge of web-based scripting technologies such as JavaScript and jQuery. Familiarity with standard web concepts, practices and procedures preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail; Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.

    To be considered for this role, your background will include:

    • Bachelors degree in related technical major (e.g. CS, CIS, IS, etc.), or equivalent work experience, preferred
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role using CMS tools (Sitecore, Adobe)
    • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) and responsive design principles
    • Experience with Workfront project management software, JIRA or similar project management software
    • Financial services industry experience, a plus.
    • Experience with website personalization programs, a plus
    • Written and verbal understanding of Italian, German, and Japanese, a plus
