Campus Recruiting Coordinator – Hudson RPO at Macquarie
An exciting opportunity as a campus recruiting coordinator has opened within our Houston office. This position provides key support to the Campus Recruiting Team, which is responsible for campus hiring (MBA and undergraduate summer interns and full-time graduates) for all Macquarie business groups that hire directly from campus.
In this role, you will facilitate the logistics for our US campus recruiting program. You will support the candidate experience and manage candidate relationships, including arranging candidate travel, scheduling interviews & processing reimbursements. Leveraging your strong relationship management skills, you will liaise and manage communications with the campus career services offices to facilitate campus recruiting activities, including marketing and coordinating campus events. You will also plan and manage office visits and ad hoc phone interviews, including troubleshooting and resolving on-site logistical issues.
Your strong attention to detail will be key to your success with onboarding all US campus hires, including conducting reference and background checks. Your prior experience in coordination or administration, preferably within a financial services environment, will enable you to assist with all coordination logistics for summer intern and new graduate training programs, attending recruitment events as necessary.
