Join our Futures team in Client Solutions. This position is located in our Chicago office with a hybrid work schedule.
As a member of the US Client Solutions team, you will be responsible for working proactively with clients daily to identify areas for improved operational efficiencies, partner with our sales team and clients to onboard new business and provide dedicated support to all customers based in the Americas region. You will also respond to client inquiries around trade discrepancies, commission, fee and brokerage discrepancies, and perform root cause problem analysis. In addition, you will assist clients and work with the internal team on trade life cycle and post trade processing requests with respects to futures and options.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience with futures and options, specifically trade life cycle and post trade processing. General knowledge in commodities and global markets and FCM experience will be helpful. Focused work on controls and process improvement is ideal. An excellent reputation in customer service is necessary.
Proficiency is required in MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as presentations and demonstration skills.
