As an ETF Capital Markets Specialist, you will focus on cross asset active Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) issuance that is authentic to our firm. You will be based in our New York or Philadelphia office and will monitor and work with sell side capital markets teams to promote product understanding, liquidity, and pricing. You will be the central point of contact with Authorized Participants (AP), Lead Market Makers (LMM), and Market Makers (MM) for ETF related activity such as AP agreements, seeding and thought leadership. Additionally, you will work with internal sales teams as a client specialist for ETF related implementation and execution questions and manage all aspects of the create redeem process.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Working knowledge of AP and MM’s relationship with asset managers including but not limited to AP agreements, primary order management, risk pricing, seeding.
Educating market participants on products, their valuation, construction, and trading.
Analyzing primary and secondary markets to develop understanding of the trading and valuation of our ETFs.
Assisting in the launch of new products, ensuring strong execution and stakeholder management.
Managing create redeem process with APs
Acting as external consultant for clients to drive understanding of the mechanics of the ETF structure, how they are utilized in a portfolio and how to facilitate and execute trades.
Managing RIA / custodial execution desk relationships to support key registered investment advisor clients with their ETF trading and liquidity needs.
Guiding clients via on-screen liquidity regarding secondary market (average daily volume, bid-offer spreads, or available trade sizes).
Guiding clients to source liquidity providers manually (in the event there is minimal on-screen liquidity available)
Guiding clients via primary market liquidity (ease of trading the ETF’s underlying securities and the costs of creating and redeeming the ETF)

Salary range for this position: $110000 - $180000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
