Macquarie Payroll Analyst
An excellent permanent opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Analyst in our Houston office.
You will play a key role in the International Payroll Team ensuring the smooth and processing of payroll and various related services across our global employee base.
Using your payroll skills and a strong learning mindset, you will provide accurate and timely monthly international payroll processing for allocated country combinations across a 30-country footprint. International payroll experience is a plus but not required.
Bringing your detail focused expertise, you will be involved in the preparation of payroll using data sourced from the global HR system, PeopleSoft HR. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills will be required to foster good working relationships with external overseas payroll vendors.
Using your first-class interpersonal, analytical and research skills, you will resolve employee queries and establish good working relationships with key HR stakeholders.
You will preferably have 1-3 years of payroll experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines.
