Project Manager, Marketing Services

Come join Macquarie Asset Management's Client Solutions Group (CSG) in the Americas as a Project Manager, Marketing Services in our Philadelphia office.  You’ll be part of a team that supports an exciting business, and you'll work on project management duties, creative development, and internal client-facing responsibilities.

In collaboration with Channel Marketing and Product Management, you will be responsible for the delivery of on-time, error-free marketing assets that support monthly & quarterly product updates.  You will plan and coordinate all aspects of marketing projects from initiation through delivery.  You will build and maintain data in approved marketing automation templates and will manage marketing assets in customer-facing digital platforms.  You will perform competitor analysis to determine best practices and implement effective sales solutions, while working closely with the sales team to generate ideas and content to grow and retain existing assets.  You'll assist in the creation and interpretation of performance analytics to drive ongoing support for marketing initiatives. You will communicate consistently and diplomatically with clients and team members about projects and any areas of concern.  

To be successful in this role you will have a solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and competitive environments, specifically with knowledge of wholesaling best-practices and understanding the need of financial advisors.  You'll have exceptional project management skills, be detail-oriented with strong attention to detail, and be skilled at identifying process improvements.  You'll be flexible, responsive, and customer-focused through changing priorities, meeting deadlines, and building customer confidence.  You'll have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Your qualifications will include:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field; relevant work experience is required
• 5+ years’ experience in a marketing project management role, preferably in corporate marketing department, ad agency, or service bureau
• Experience with the following platforms: Seismic marketing automation, Workfront project management software, Admaster Compliance (or other Compliance advertising review software)
• FINRA Series 6 is a plus
