Rewards Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Reward specialist to join our Human Resources Reward function, based in New York. This opportunity will give you the chance to work with the Reward Advisory team supporting our Commodities and Global Markets group alongside colleagues in global locations.

You will support the delivery of reward advice and projects including the annual remuneration review process.  Within your remit, you will provide remuneration analysis, guidance and support to the relevant Business Partners, provide support during corporate acquisitions and integrations and help manage carried interest and commission plans.

To thrive in this role, you will have at least four years’ experience working in a reward role within the Asset Management sector and have familiarity with interpreting remuneration market data, providing pay recommendations for new hires and presenting remuneration analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise format.

Experience with administering commission plans and/or carried interest plans will be advantageous. You will have advanced excel, strong analytical skills and be highly numerate with great attention to detail.

You will be resourceful and pro-active with the ability to work as part of a collaborative global team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction.

Strong communication skills are crucial, alongside excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. You will have demonstrable problem-solving skills, along with a creative and solutions-focused approach. In addition, you will also have the confidence to think differently and be open to learning in a fast paced and changing environment.

Salary

Salary range for this position: $130,000 - $150,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
