Position summary

Senior Manager Financial Crime Risk

Financial Crimes Risk (“FCR”) has a newly created role to support all Macquarie business in LatAM, including equity investments, private debt investments and public market investments in equity, and fixed income. The primary role will be acting as the AB&C officer for Mexico City.

Main responsibilities as AB&C Officer for Mexico City requires building on the existing framework within FCR but would require local adaptation in addition to oversight and reporting obligations.

Responsibilities covering LatAM, as well as Mexico City, include:

  • Developing and maintaining policies and protocols related to financial crimes
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring and biannual reports to management
  • OSS Framework reviews and testing
  • Develop and deliver LATAM specific financial crimes training
  • Advisory, deal diligence on transactions
  • Horizon scanning for Latam risks
  • Assisting businesses with implementing programs
  • Testing against specific regulatory requirements
