Position summary
Macquarie Senior Payroll Analyst
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Payroll Analyst in our Houston office.
You will play a key role in the International Payroll Team ensuring the smooth and processing of payroll and various related services across our global employee base.
Using your payroll skills and a strong learning mindset, you will provide accurate and timely monthly international payroll processing for allocated country combinations across a 30-country footprint.
Bringing your detail focused expertise, you will be involved in the validation of US payrolls which sources data from the global HR system, PeopleSoft HR. Experience with ADP Vantage would be an advantage. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills will be required to foster good working relationships with employees across the organization in the US and with the wider payroll teams globally.
Using your first-class interpersonal, analytical and research skills, you will resolve employee queries and establish good working relationships with key HR stakeholders.
You will preferably have at least 5 years of payroll experience with team lead experience, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep to strict deadlines.
