    Position summary

    As a Vice President, ETF Marketing, you will develop and implement marketing strategies across US retail advisor channels to support our ETF offerings. The role collaborates closely with the Sales, Key Accounts, Strategic Relationship Management, Product Management, legal/compliance staff, and the broader Marketing team to deliver the best product content and solutions to financial advisors.

     Your responsibilities will include:

    • Help to lead and support channel marketing efforts with a specific focus on ETF solutions.  
    • Collaborate with product and business partners to evaluate opportunities, develop recommendations, and create impactful marketing strategies in support of our suite of products.
    • Create, manage, and deliver strategic, integrated marketing plans supporting ETF content, investment capabilities and product solutions to target audiences through paid media in addition to supporting the cross-channel sales efforts in the field.
    • Build marketing strategies focused on ETF marketplace trends, business cycles, target audiences and solving investor challenges.
    • Stay current on ETF-specific regulations, policies, and industry best practices.  
    • Assist in the production and syndication of marketing materials, such as video, emails, print collateral, websites, webinars.
    • Provide cross channel marketing support for RIA, Wires, Independent, and other retail channels as needed.
    • Serve as a liaison with third-party vendors where appropriate.

    Your background will include: 

    • Experience in product and/or channel marketing in financial services or asset management experience preferred.
    • In depth knowledge of Exchange Traded Funds with a high level of knowledge around capital markets, asset allocation, and portfolio construction
    • Working knowledge of financial advisors and institutions, and how they operate, as well as retail product solutions
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience writing product messaging, communications, and presentations
    • Experience with direct and digital marketing strategies
    • Curiosity to learn about a global asset management business
    • Experience in integrating marketing and sales activities, including lead generation
    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • Experience working within Salesforce or other CRM a plus

    For success in the role, you will have:

    • 5-8 years overall marketing experience
    • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in the organization
    • Highly organized individual that is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
    • Time management skills to work independently
    • Consistently exhibit strong attention to detail
    • Able to interact well with and inspire confidence of senior management
    • Excellent presenter
    • Experience with writing, proofreading, and editing
