As a Vice President in our team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in transaction structuring, business and financial diligence, commercial and project financing negotiation and documentation and market tracing.
You will also have the opportunity to oversee and support multiple workstreams, structuring of the project financing solution, including preparation of project finance financial models, working alongside our partners and co-investors, negotiating contracts, and being involved in the internal investment approval process of P3s, infrastructure projects and principal investment transactions in the United States.
Your key responsibilities will include working closely with the senior management team to originate and execute transactions, reviewing and analyzing commercial and technical factors associated with development projects, legal and commercial due diligence, as well as participating in the development, negotiation, and documentation of the commercial aspects of the project. You will also plan, structure, and execute transactions, driving value creation through innovative solutions. As a Vice President, you will oversee a team of Analysts/Associates responsible for financial analyses including building, reviewing, and maintaining financial models, underwriting investment opportunities involving our platform, and conducting industry and market research and reparing/presenting materials for client meetings.
If you have an outstanding academic record in a relevant discipline, strong understanding of project finance modelling and 7-10 years of relevant experience working on public-private partnerships, concessions, and project finance procurement, with exposure to project contractual documentation, we would love to hear from you. Relevant experience developing digital and data infrastructure projects will be considered as a strong advantage.

Recent examples of transactions include, in the Americas, the acquisition of the Briceno-Tunja-Sogamoso Road PPP in Colombia, a preferred convertible position in a greenfield wholesale data center development platform, $324 million Design Build Finance Operate Maintain (“DBFOM”) project connecting 120 counties to high speed internet in Kentucky and the investment and mobilization of a commercial wholesale fiber business with exclusive rights to a 3,500 mile network in Kentucky, $2.1 billion, a PDA resulting in a $2.3 billion DBFOM to replace 6 interstate bridges across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a PDA to develop express managed lanes along the Capital Beltway in Maryland under a revenue risk construct; and, in Europe, $2.2 billion DBFOM of the Sotra Link, a corridor of tunnels, roadway and bridges connecting the island of Sotra to mainland Norway, $1.1 billion DBFOM Blankenburg Tunnel in the Netherlands (Infrastructure Investor 2019 PPP Deal of the Year),, and $1.6 billion Silvertown Tunnel in England (PFI 2020 Europe Transport Deal of the Year).

Salary Range
Salary range for this position: $260,000 - $275,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
