Currently, M a nTech is seeking a motivated, mission and customer-oriented A sset Manager to join our team in the Washington D.C. area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Identifies key performance and risk indicators, assesses emerging risks and opportunities, and develops plans to address them
Responsible for maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software for accountability
Plans, monitors, and records software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts
Support efforts to eliminate waste and increase efficiency by making the best use of existing IT asset resources and avoiding asset purchases that are redundant
Responsible for accurate (a.k.a. real-time) reporting on IT assets: who owns it, is utilizing it, frequency utilized, which features are being used most, renewals, etc.
P rovides guidance on methods of unclassified and classified shipment s
D evelop analytical systems to organize, track, and account for systems, project material, and assets supporting operations
Basic Qualifications:
A Bach elor's degree in Management
A minimum of (3) three years of relevant logistics experience
Must demonstrate experience managing materials to include procurement, transportation, receipt, storage, inventory, and warehouse management
Relevant experience with GFE s used by federal domain
Knowledge of secure supply chain best practices
Knowledge, skills and abilities in SAFe Agile processes and methods
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree
A minimum of (1) one year of related experience
Proficiency with mobile/warehouse logistics systems
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen
Top Secret w/SCI
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
