Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO Software Engineering Technical Leadto join our team in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited:

• Develop new products and application interfaces

• Maintain an intimate knowledge of the customer's requirements for the team product by understanding how it functions in the larger product ecosystem

• Develop knowledge of the technologies in use by the team while exploring alternative implementations and solutions

• Create, implement, test, and document feature and product capabilities to ensure the highest levels of information system security

• Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Configuration Management specialists about the health and quality of a feature for delivery

• Aid the technical growth of other developers by guiding them to opportunities of interest

• Communicate impediments and opportunities from the team to the Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Project Management Office

• Collaborate with the customer and partners to understand dependencies that affect priorities and schedule.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, or Spring Integration

• 5+ years of experience with computer networking, configuration, and design principles

• Demonstrated on-the-job experience with VMware ESXi, Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift

• Demonstrated on-the-job experience with identifying complex problems and translating information to form solution options and implement strategies

• Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing customized applications to run on a Linux-based system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software development experience

• Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Cloud integration processes , integrating cross domain solutions , and Agile project management principles and processes

• Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading a team of developers

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% , capable of operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers
