ManTech's Air Force and Space Division is recruiting highly talented candidates to support a contract that provides "cradle to grave" support to the United States Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Launch Systems Enterprise Directorate's - National Security Space Launch (NSSL) program.

We assist the Air Force by supporting a multitude of areas, including Systems Engineering & Integration, Acquisition & Program Management Support, Mission Integration Management, System Safety & Environmental Engineering, Systems Security & Information Assurance, Launch Schedule and Risk Management, Certification of New Entrant Launch Vehicles.

ManTech is seeking a talented Data/Configuration Management Specialist to join our team in execution of an effective and comprehensive Data/Configuration Management program for the Air Force Launch Enterprise at the Los Angeles Air Force base in El Segundo, California.

Responsibilities:

• Baseline control documentation under supervision of ManTech Data/Configuration Management Lead

• Evaluates and selects data/configuration management tools and standards

• Execute effective and timely Data/Configuration Board processes

• Preparation of Data/Configuration Board agendas and capturing action items and board minutes

• Prepares data/configuration management plans and procedures

• Execute status accounting

• Operates and manages program support library

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or in a STEM discipline

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering in relevant fields of data/configuration control and data/configuration management

• Active Top Secret clearance SCI eligible

• Proficiency with MS Office products to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Air Force requirements for data/configuration management desired.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
