ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Integration Functional Tester/ Test Plan Documentation Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in the Washington DC area. Candidate will perform acceptance testing that demonstrates the new or modified solution/system that satisfies assessment and authorization requirements. Testing will include (at a minimum) factory acceptance testing, acceptance testing, integration testing, interoperability tests, security assessment, and user functional acceptance testing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support Government sponsored independent verification and validation activities to assure conformance
Develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes.
Participate in development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs
Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable
Demonstrate how acceptance test satisfies application capability and user requirements
Collaborate with technical leads and team members
Minimal local travel may be required between customer site (Washington, DC) and contractor site (Springfield, VA)
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or in a related discipline and 4 or more years of relevant experience
In lieu of education, 7+ years of total experience in a software quality assurance or testing role, including software test case development and testing
Possess IAT Level III certification (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH)
Possess DoD 8570.01-M Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) - Infrastructure Support (IS) certification (CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND)
Knowledge of software verification and validation processes and procedures and software requirements development methodologies
Experience with using configuration management tools and automated test tools and processes
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with SAFe Agile Scrum Development methodologies with a cross-functional team approach
Knowledge of DEV/OPS methodologies
Experience or familiarity with automated test systems
Software component and COTS integrated test experience as part of large, highly integrated, enterprise systems
Security Clearance Requirements :
Current TS/SCI clearance (or active TS with SCI eligibility) with a Polygraph, or ability to obtain a Polygraph before starting employment
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
