Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Security Project Manager, to join our team in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to ensure all Program Security Support services are provided.

  • Gather and provide all data for deliverables.

  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of the contract team located in multiple locations.

  • Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.

  • Maintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization and serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.

  • Meet with Government and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.

  • Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs.

  • Direct efforts of cross-competency team(s) to include contractors at multiple locations

  • Oversee contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning, and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress

  • SME-level guidance; Specialized experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Management, Administration, Business, Science, or related discipline

  • PMP

  • Must have ten or more years of experience in program management; Six years must pertain program management while the remaining experience must pertain to a security discipline. Candidate works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program on an IDIQ task order.

  • Performs all functional duties independently and will oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned.

  • Leadership experience in US Service-related military operations or defense acquisition program management related to weapons system acquisition, employment, and life cycle management

  • Knowledge of DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2 (Operation of the Defense Acquisition System), DoD Directive (DODD) 5530.03 (International Agreements), and the International Cooperation in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (IC in AT&L) Handbook

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical security aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and database programs to track office reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SAP/SAR programs

  • Eligibility for TS/SCI/SAR clearance

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Secret/ Periodic investigation within 5 years

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Travel 25%
